Starting in 2018, we were asked to supply reactive and planned maintenance services to John Ruskin Primary School. Assisting the Premise team we help to pick up reactive works as visiting site regularly for contract works on such system as the Air Conditioning, Water Hygiene, Lightening Protection, TM44 Assessments and many more aspects of the Mechanical & Electrical systems as well Fabric and refurbishment works.
UKFSL has a diverse team who are used to working in the Education Sector and are duly covered by DBS checks. We provide Facilities Maintenance services on a reactive and planned compliance basis. On top of this we assisted with other management advice on asset inventory and life cycle management.
